# Business and AI

> The notes AI drafts from, your public legal links, and the language those drafts use.

Open **Settings → Business & AI**. You need permission to update company settings.

This page stores notes. It is not the price book, and it is not the live terms the customer signs.

## Terms and privacy

**Terms of service URL** and **Privacy policy URL** are full public links. Customers may see them when they book, submit a request, or use Client Hub. Keep the pages live. Invoice documents follow [Invoice settings](/settings/invoices), not these two fields.

## Business context

**About**, **Policies**, and **Services** are optional notes so drafts sound like your company.

| Field    | What to put there                                                   |
| -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| About    | Who you work with, where you work, and the facts customers look for |
| Policies | Scheduling, cancellations, when payment is due, warranties, access  |
| Services | How you bundle work, common add-ons, and hard limits                |

**Generate** writes a draft of those notes from your website homepage and company profile. Tick the consent line first. It links to the **Terms of Service**. If there is no public website under Company, or the homepage cannot be read, the draft uses the company profile only. **Generate** does not save. Review the text, then click **Save**.

## Language and plan

**Estimate & AI language** is not on this page. Set it under **Settings → Company → Basic info**. Choices are **English**, **Spanish**, and **French**, or **Default (English)**. That language is used for AI estimates, line items, and similar customer-facing wording.

These three languages are independent:

AI drafting on estimates, jobs, and messages needs **Pro**. The page says **Unlock AI drafting with Pro** until then. You can still save the notes here. Where each button lives is in [Jomioz AI](/help/ai).

Monthly use is **Jomioz AI** under **Settings → Plan & billing**.
