# Sales and jobs

> Lead sources, request forms, estimates, jobs, field work, and service plans.

## Lead sources

**Settings → Lead sources** is the list of where work comes from (website, referral, and so on). People pick one when they create or edit a customer or a job. Adding a source does not change old records until someone chooses it.

## Request forms

**Settings → Request forms** is covered question by question in [Request forms](/settings/request-forms): every field type, Instant quote, publish checks, and the booking window.

## Estimates

## Jobs
