Add one real customer
In the main left sidebar, open Customers and click New customer. Save a name, an email, and the address where the work happens. The email is where the estimate and invoice go. The address is what the schedule uses.Or click Import, download the template, and put one customer on each row. Every row needs a name, an email, and a full address (street, city, state or region, and postcode). If that email is already in the list, choose Leave the existing customer as-is or Update the existing customer with this row.
The example customer from signup uses your own email. Send the example estimate to yourself if you want to see Client Hub before a real customer. Archive that row from the customer list when you want it gone. Do not delete a customer that already has a payment.
