Open an estimate and point at Send and, after it is approved, Convert to job.

The job

Point at Assign team, Schedule, Add visit, Start, Finish visit, and Create invoice.

Schedule

Open Schedule and Find a Time. That is where the day is booked. The schedule is empty until someone adds a visit.
Crew on site open app.jomioz.com in the phone browser and sign in with the same account.
