Settings → Company has the business name, address, and country.
Settings → Company → Tax is confirmed. Some countries block the first invoice until it is.
At least one real customer exists under Customers, with an email and a job address.
You have sent one estimate with Send and know where Convert to job is.
Customers have a way to pay: Bank transfer details on Settings → Invoices → Configuration, or Settings → Jomioz Payments at Ready to accept payments. Connect alone is not enough if Complete setup is still showing.
Your hours are set under Setup, so Find a Time can offer a slot.
Settings → Plan & billing is active if you need to Invite your team.
If you use Xero on Growth or Pro, Settings → Integrations → Xero is connected and Save mapping has been clicked for both accounts.
