Open Settings from the app. The menu on the left of that screen is separate from the main sidebar (Customers, Jobs, Schedule, and so on). Estimates, invoices, jobs, and Client Hub each have their own page, because those screens have the most switches:

Estimate settings

Numbering, expiration, signatures, the PDF, and follow-ups.

Invoice settings

Tax, numbering, how they pay, reminders, and late fees.

Client Hub

Accept and decline, invites, and what a visit shows.

Job settings

Confirmations, auto-invoice, costing, and on-my-way messages.
Search at the top of Settings if you know the word (tax, WhatsApp, reminder) and not the page. Some pages only show when your plan or role includes them. Service plans needs recurring work on your plan. Equipment types needs the equipment register. Audit log needs permission to view it. Xero and Electronic invoicing show when those connections are available for your country and plan.
