Service plan notifications

Recurring visit reminders

This card only shows when WhatsApp messaging is on. Send recurring visit reminders messages the customer on WhatsApp before a visit on an active service plan. Send before visit (minutes) is how early. 1440 minutes is 24 hours. You write the WhatsApp message here. Placeholders can include the plan name and the appointment time. A language with no message of its own gets English. Off means no automatic WhatsApp for upcoming plan visits. If WhatsApp is not connected, open Communications first. Nothing sends until it is Ready. One-off job visits are a different reminder, under Jobs → Reminders.

Plan billing invoices

This is what happens when recurring billing creates an invoice: after each visit, on a schedule, or when the plan closes. Autopay on a single plan is separate. That charges a saved card and is not this switch. Automatically send plan invoices applies to invoices that service-plan billing creates, including “invoice after each visit is completed”. The choice only appears while automatic send is on. While it is off, those invoices stay as drafts.

Plan templates

Add template stores a starting point for a repeating plan: schedule, billing, and line items. It does not store a customer or a property. Those are chosen when the plan is sold. On the template you set:
  • Template name, Description, and an optional Category (for your team only; it does not change the schedule)
  • The repeating schedule and the billing defaults
  • Line items
  • Agreement guidance for when a plan from this template is ready to send
  • Checklists, custom fields, tags, and a lead source
Deleting a template does not change plans already sold from it.

Default service agreement

Optional. Default title and Terms guidance for AI shape the agreement draft when a plan is ready to send. The guidance is notes for the draft. It is not pasted onto the agreement word for word. You can still edit each plan before you send it. Placeholders: {{plan_name}}, {{company_name}}, {{customer_name}}, {{billing_summary}}, {{schedule_summary}}.
