Open Settings → Request forms. A published form is a public link. Submissions land in Requests. The same published form also shows in Client Hub for a customer who is already signed in.

Create, publish, archive

New form asks for a form name. Customers see that title on the public page, in Client Hub, and on the request your team receives. You can change it later. Max 180 characters. Duplicate copies the form as a draft. Unpublish takes a live form back to draft. Publishing changes on a form that is already live applies immediately to anyone opening the link or the embed. Before publish, the form needs a way to reach the customer (Email or Phone) and a name (First name and Last name, or Company).

Share

The Share tab (and Share & settings in the editor) has three links:
  • Public form link is the URL anyone can open. It exists only after you publish.
  • Client Hub direct link opens this form inside Client Hub for a signed-in customer.
  • Website embed is an iframe you paste on your site.
You can also put the public link on a button, a Google Business profile, an email signature, or a social bio.

Question types

Add fields from the panel. A question can be Required. Help text is the hint under the question. Form layout is One section per step or Single long page. Removing a section deletes its questions. That cannot be undone. A form can have only one booking question. It cannot have both Book an assessment and Book a service visit.

Instant quote

On Share & settings, Instant quote creates a public estimate when they submit, if they picked priced items. They can open it and pay. Without a Services & pricing field that has at least one priced item, they will not see an estimate or a payment link.

Online booking

On the Request forms page, Let customers book online is the master switch. Off means open times do not show, even on a form that has a booking question. Customers can pick a time only when both of these are true:
  • Business hours has at least one open day
  • At least one team member accepts online bookings
Each form’s Booking availability (under Share & settings) only unlocks after you add a booking question. Slots only fall inside business hours. An address on the form is optional, but without it travel and service-area filtering cannot use the job location.

How soon you should reply

Request first-response SLA is hours for High, Medium, and Low. The defaults are 4, 24, and 48. A request past its window shows as overdue and under Needs attention, and the Requests list shows a timer. The staff alert when a window is missed is Notifications → Work request SLA overdue.
