Company and team - Jomioz

Company

Settings → Company has four tabs. Most of the profile is filled in at signup. Save after you change it. The name, address, and phone are what customers see on estimates and invoices.

Tab	What you set	What changes
Profile	Business name, logo, address, phone, currency	Documents and emails use this identity. Once Jomioz Payments is active, country and currency for card payments stay locked to that payments account.
Tax	Tax defaults, tax ID, legal name, rates	These print on invoices. New estimates and invoices pick up the default. Existing invoices stay as they were. Some countries block the first send until this profile is confirmed. See Rules for your country.
Business hours	Which days you work, and start and end times	Public booking only offers slots inside these hours. Find a time also treats closed days as unavailable.
Service area	Service area name, postcodes or cities, and a Coverage radius on the map	Optional. This defines coverage. Saving an address outside those zones shows a warning, and you can still save the customer. How far a suggested slot can be is Farthest drive we will offer under Schedule → Find a time.

Estimate and AI language is under Profile (Basic info). That language is used when AI writes estimate lines. It is not the language of the menus, and it is not the language of customer emails. Those are Personal settings and Client language.

Business & AI

Settings → Business & AI is covered in Business and AI. What the drafting buttons do on estimates, jobs, and invoices is in Jomioz AI.

Team

Settings → Team. An active subscription is required before Add team member works. Only an owner or admin can invite.

Tab	What you set	What changes
Members	Invite by email, role, archive	They get a link to join. Archiving removes their access and stops their alerts. Their old records stay.
Crews	Named groups of people	Crew availability shows on the schedule, so you can see who in that crew is free. Deleting a crew clears the crew link on visits. The people stay assigned.
Roles	What each role can open	The role on a member’s profile is what they can do. Office-wide staff alerts only go to active members whose role has office-wide alerts on.
Commissions	Turn commissions on	When on, commission is included in job costing reports. The rate itself is edited on each person, under Labor costs.

Labor costs on a person are for job costing, not payroll. The fully loaded hourly rate used on jobs is base pay, plus extra cost per hour, plus markup.
