Three languages are easy to mix up: Invoice, estimate, and statement documents follow your company country. Client language does not rewrite those PDFs.

Client Hub

Settings → Client Hub is covered control by control in Client Hub settings: accept and decline, invite emails, the login link, reschedule rules, and requests from inside the Hub.

Communications

Settings → Communications has three tabs.

Messaging

Connect WhatsApp uses your WhatsApp Business number. You continue with Facebook, then come back here. Status is Not connected, Pending review, Needs attention, or Ready. While Meta is still reviewing templates, the number can be connected and sending stays off. Disconnect stops outbound WhatsApp until you connect again. Customer replies show in Inbox when they match a customer. Connecting WhatsApp does not turn reminders on. Visit reminders are under Jobs. Estimate and invoice sends use WhatsApp only when you choose that channel on the send. Facebook Messenger and Instagram can use the same inbox. Each has its own connect and disconnect.

Email appearance

This changes how customer emails look. It does not change the words. Wording stays under Jobs, Estimates, and Invoices. Blank colours fall back to the default theme. Preview shows the email before you save.

Client language

Language is the default for customer email, WhatsApp, and Client Hub: English, Spanish, or French. English is used until you pick another. A language set on one customer overrides this. Invoice, estimate, and statement documents still follow the company country.

Automations

Settings → Automations is covered workflow by workflow in Automations. The overdue, follow-up, and visit reminders themselves stay on Invoices, Estimates, and Jobs. This page is the extra message after a send, a booking, or a finished visit.
