Open Settings → Client Hub. This is the signed-in page for the customer. PDF layout for the estimate and the invoice is under Estimate settings and Invoice settings, not here. There are three tabs: Estimates, Access & automations, and What customers see.

Estimates

Allow accept / decline in Client Hub When this is on, a sent estimate shows in Client Hub and the customer can accept or decline there. When it is off, they are not offered those buttons in the Hub. You would approve another way, such as from the email. If Require e-signatures is on under Estimates → Configuration, they still cannot accept in the Hub until they have drawn a signature, typed their legal name, and accepted your terms. A deposit is set on each estimate, not on this page. Card checkout for that deposit uses Jomioz Payments. Once the estimate is past its valid-until date, accept, decline, and deposit are blocked. Estimate rules on this tab is only a link. Expiration, one option versus several, and e-signature live under Estimate settings.

Access & automations

The invite is how they get in. The login link is the button inside emails you were already sending. Add Client Hub to your website is a snippet. Paste it where you want an OPEN CLIENT HUB button. The colour and the button shape follow Settings → Communications → Email appearance.

What customers see

Visits

Job number and the service address stay visible unless you hide them.

Requests from Client Hub

This lets a customer who is already signed in submit a request from inside the Hub. It is not the public form. Public forms, including the website embed and Instant quote, are under Request forms.
